Bacon and Co are Independent Estate & Lettings Agents – based in Worthing and Lancing areas since 1990 – we’re experts in the local property market and the region’s amenities. Glen Bacon established the company in 1990 having previously been involved in the local property market since 1977. From inception Lettings Director, Hayley Scammell, has been an integral part of the Management Team and still has a fully ‘hands on’ role in the running of the Lettings Operation.

Before you move into the property there are many additional services that we can help with – such as arranging competitive insurance, or seek out competitive utility suppliers. Once settled in – if the property is managed by us - we will set up regular property inspections to identify possible problems and deal with them swiftly and efficiently. Our aim is to reassure both tenants and landlords and provide constant support, making sure that each party meets the obligations set out by the rental agreement. The result is a harmonious renting experience.
