Scott Taylor – Senior Branch Manager

Scott first started in Estate Agency in 1991 and now entering his 20th year in the industry still has the same passion for the career and to help customers buy or sell a home. Scott joined Bacon & Co as a Senior Branch Manager when the office opened in Broadwater in 2005 and enjoys being part of the local community both at work and living within the catchment. Scott believes the success of his branch is driven by a pledge to change the mindset of the industry with approachable staff, honesty throughout and a commitment to deliver everything we promise. Outside of work Scott is a proud husband and father and spare time allowing, will be watching football and listening to music.

Laura Tingley – Senior Valuer

Laura has been in Estate Agency since 2004 and joined Bacon & Co Broadwater in 2007 where she now assists the Manager in the running of the branch, whilst building an excellent reputation for her honesty and hard working ethics. Having both lived and worked all her life in Worthing, Laura already has an excellent knowledge of the area but is still very keen to continue to impress and further her career in the industry. Socially, Laura likes nothing better than a good movie and visiting family in Australia. Laura also has a personal interest in Interior Design and has recently achieved a City and Guilds qualification, she hopes to use this qualification to help others in selling their home.

Gemma Moore - Senior Sales Negotiator

Gemma began working as an Estate Agent in 1998 and has gained a wealth of knowledge of the industry and area during this time.  She is extremely customer focused and enjoys helping people through the process of finding and buying their new home.  She enjoys spending time with family and friends and is a Padi qualified scuba diver!  Gemma also studied Media and Photography.

Ben Davis - Negotiator

Ben joined Bacon & Co in 2010 working from our Goring office. He believes in good communication at all times and always strives to exceed customer expectation. He now works from our busy Broadwater office and has taken part in many charity events on behalf of the company, even jumping off Worthing Pier in the Worthing Birdman competition in aid of Freddysmile Children's Cancer Charity. He is very interested in photography and enjoys socialising.

Emma Smith – Negotiator/Marketing Consultant

Emma joined Bacon & Co in 2005 as a Negotiator and now currently works every other Saturday from the busy Broadwater branch, whilst working as a Marketing Consultant during the week.  She enjoys her role immensely and being the mother of two young children relishes coming to work to meet people, whilst also being a good ambassador for the company.  Emma strongly believes in providing the best possible customer service, and like the other members of the team, feels honesty is what people appreciate the most.  Emma likes nothing better than spending time with her family and boating, when the sun shines!

Natalie Benger-Wells – Viewings Assistant

Natalie joined Bacon and Co in 2010 as a Saturday Viewings Assistant to further expand the branch and add further opportunities for customers to view properties at the weekend. It’s the perfect role for Natalie as being a mother and housewife during the week; it gives her the opportunity of doing something she really enjoys, meeting people and of course hopefully showing them their future home!  Natalie has many outside interests from socialising, to watching her sons play football and taking an active part in scouts.  She is also the secretary for the local Lancing Country Market.

Phil Saunders – Independent Mortgage Adviser

Phil started his career as an Independent Mortgage Adviser over 10 years ago and has recently worked with some of the large corporate estate agencies throughout the Sussex area before coming back to his home town of Worthing and joining Bacon & Co. Phil strongly believes in the importance of receiving independent financial advice from the whole of the mortgage market, together with the associated protection insurances.
