Dave Hughes - Director

Dave started his career in estate agency in 1982 in Worthing for a small independent agent. Dave then worked in Lancing, being promoted at 21 years of age to Branch Manager. He then advanced onto Area Manager for two corporate companies in the South East based in Worthing and was responsible for both the estate agency and the financial services part of the business, having passed the CeMAP exams in 2001. Dave joined Bacon and Co in 2003, becoming a Director in 2005. Dave has now has 28 years experience in the business, 16 as an Area Manager for the Worthing offices. In his personal life Dave’s interests include golf, football, eating out and travel.

Anna Currey - Branch Manager

Anna started in estate agency in the summer of 1998 as a Trainee for a company in central Worthing.  Anna then joined Bacon & co in 2003 as a Senior Negotiator to help launch the 1st Worthing office in Downlands Parade. In 2004 Anna became the Manager of this office. She then moved onto Thomas a Becket office in 2007 and in 2010 opened thenew Goring Office.  In her personal life Anna enjoys spending lots of time with her family and identical twins and enjoys a busy social and home life.

Tracey Taylor – Senior Sales Negotiator

Tracey started her career in 1989 as a Trainee Negotiator for a local business in Lancing. In 1994 Tracey moved to a high street corporate agency,  working in East Preston, Shoreham and Worthing. Tracey joined Bacon & Co in 2006 working from the town office and Thomas a Becket and most recently was involved in the launch of the new Goring office. Tracey is a self confessed shopaholic and chocoholic, but alongside this enjoys working out on the cross trainer! She also spends a lot of time managing a busy family of 4, alongside her husband who is a Branch Manager at Bacons.

Dave Daniels – Negotiator

Dave first joined Bacon & Co in 2007 as a part time negotiator/Saturday person. He enjoyed his role so much he then decided to join full time in 2010 when Bacon & Co launched the new Goring Office. In his personal time Dave enjoys DJ'ing and listening to music, he also likes cooking and eating! And you can often find Dave at a good pub Quiz!

Ben Davis – Trainee Negotiator

Ben joined Bacon & Co in the winter of 2010 as a Trainee; he is also currently doing an Apprentiship with Sussex Training for a NVQ level 2 in Business whilst working at Bacon & Co. In his personal time Ben enjoys playing badminton, athletics and general sports. Ben recently returned from travelling to Australia and parts of Asia for 5 Months.

Emma Martin – Financial Advisor

Emma has always worked in a financial role having worked for Barclays bank in 1989 and staying for 13 yrs. Emma helped launch an off shore banking unit in Jersey in 1992 (Barclays). Then in 2002 made a change to work for standard life. In 2003 Emma joined The Options Group and in 2005 Qualified in FPC & Mortgage Advisor Qualification (MAQ). In her personal life Emma loves socialising, she enjoys cooking and also walking her dog Alfie. She also likes to go to the gym and can occasionally be found shopping!
