Glen Bacon FNAEA MARLA - Director

Glen founded the company in 1990 and is very proud to have over seen the expansion that has taken place in the intervening years. He has over 30 years experience in the property industry and has earned the reputation as a trustworthy professional who still enjoys ‘being on the front line’. Glen is married with 3 children and away from the business he is a keen amateur musician, both as a trumpet player and musical director. Football is his other passion, having been a Tottenham Hotspur fan for over 40 years!

Robert Jackson MNAEA – Branch Manager

Robert has been an integral part of the Lancing Team since 2000 when he left college. Robert has spent his entire estate agency career with Bacon & Co and now holds the position of Branch Manager. Robert very much believes in personal service and is professionally qualified as a member of the National Association of Estate Agents. When Robert isn’t at work he enjoys spending time with his Fiancé Sarah and daughter Poppy and enjoys all sports, in particular motor racing.

Michael Walton MNAEA – Senior Negotiator

Michael has been with the Lancing team since 2003 where he started his career as a Junior Negotiator; Michael has progressed through the company now working as a Senior Negotiator. Michael firmly believes in personal service and earning clients trust as being an integral part of estate agency. In Michaels personal life he enjoys sport especially football, as well as socializing and cooking.

Jim Bacon BSc (Hons) – Negotiator

Jim has now joined the Lancing team on a more permanent basis after working part time at the company throughout his 3 years studying Property Marketing, Design & Development at Portsmouth University. His Bachelor of Science qualification along with his part time experience should ensure he becomes a successful addition to the team. In Jim's social life he enjoys many sports, playing both football and golf at every opportunity he can.

Mark Baker – Mortgage and Protection Adviser

Mark is a fully qualified mortgage and protection adviser, who is able to give independent advice on residential, investment, and commercial property transactions, together with the associated protection insurances. Mark is based in Worthing and prior to joining Goldsmith and Company, Mark has had a successful career in the Financial Services industry for over 20 years.
