Wayne Kenward FNAEA – Director

Wayne has over 30 years experience in estate agency and is a Fellow of the National Estate Agents Association. Wayne firmly believes that personal service and selling a property for the best price in the quickest time has been a major contribution to the success of the office. In his personal life Wayne’s interests include football, golf and windsurfing which all take second place to the time he spends with his young son Joe.

Tobie Wheeler – Manager

Tobie is the Manager of our busy Worthing branch. Having joined Bacon & Co in 1997 as the first ever negotiator, he is now in his 14th year for the company and is recognised for his loyalty and expert knowledge of the industry and area, having moved hundreds of customers during his career, even moving the same clients 2/3 times over! 2010 was a great year for Tobie, being part of the first ever Bacon and Co wedding and so now is a married man with future family plans, alongside a passion for football. Based at our very successful Worthing office he is available to be contacted at any time to discuss any of your future plans regarding your next house move or purchase.

Ana Gananca – Senior Sales Negotiator

Ana has been at Bacon and Co since 2006, where she started her career as a Junior Negotiator and has now progressed to the role of Senior Sales Negotiator. Ana believes that honesty is always the best policy and treats everyone equally with a professional and positive approach. Ana will never settle for second best and always strives to do anything she does to the highest standard and to the best of her ability. Interests include salsa dancing, travelling, learning different foreign cultures and is also very creative in the kitchen and enjoys socialising and cooking for family and friends.

Sarah Griffiths - Negotiator

Sarah started her career as an apprentice in Business and Administration in 2009, graduated and is now a permanent member of the Worthing town centre team.  Since joining she has developed excellent knowledge of the area and fantastic personal skills.  With her potential quickly realised, she gained promotion to Sales Negotiator in 2011 and has progessed rapidly since with a wealth of enthusiasm in all aspects of estate agency and excellent customer service.  In her spare time she likes to go shopping, walking her three dogs and spending quality time with friends and family.

Lisa Cranwell – Independent Mortgage Advisor

Lisa has been affiliated with Bacon & Co since joining The Options Group in 1999 as an Independent mortgage adviser, having been in the industry for over 20 years. She has been working out of the town center branch of Bacon & Co since January 2010, the team are young, energetic, focused and very determined. Lisa’s role is to provide a service to all customers of Bacon & Co. To provide unbiased and independent advice regarding mortgages, protection and also to explain the costs involved in selling or buying a property. Lisa has 2 young children. She loves to go swimming and love being outdoors when the weather permits, so walking through the beautiful local woodland and of course the beach are favorites.
