Having worked his entire career in Worthing and Lancing, Dave has extensive knowledge of the area and has many clients who return to

 sell their properties with him. Dave started his career in Worthing at the age of 16 as a trainee negotiator, progressing to the position of branch manager at the age of 21. He then advanced to area manager for two corporate companies and was responsible for their estate agency and financial services sectors, passing his CeMAP exams in 2001. Dave then joined Bacon and Company in 2003, and was instrumental in setting up our Worthing offices and becoming a director in 2005. His interests include football and golf.

Wayne firmly believes that personal service and expert knowledge are major contributions to the success of Bacon and Company.

With over 40 years’ experience in the estate agency sector. Wayne is based at our busy Worthing town centre office; having lived in Worthing all his life, he currently resides in High Salvington. In his personal life Wayne’s interests include football, golf and windsurfing, which all take second place to the time he spends with his son Joe.

Living and working in Worthing, Anna has an extensive knowledge of the local area and is very proud to be one of the only female

 directors locally in the sales industry. She has built her success on hard work and a dedication to exceptional customer service, and has many compliments from clients accordingly. Anna started her career in 1998 and joined Bacon and Company in 2003. She contributed to launching our first Worthing branch. Having been so successful she then launched our Goring office in 2010. Anna has successfully completed her NFOPP award in the sale of residential property and also passed her level 3 award in residential letting and management. Anna became a Director in 2019. Anna is able to balance a busy family life looking after her three sons with a steely determination to succeed in her career.

Scott’s career goal was to make the public actually like and trust an estate agent, and we have to

say he’s doing a pretty good job so far! Scott has been in estate agencies in Worthing for more than 25 years, and still shows the same passion and commitment to customer service as he did from the outset. Scott joined Bacon and Company in 2005 as manager in our busy Broadwater office. In 2019 Scott became a Director. Outside of work Scott is a proud husband and father with a huge passion for football, running, fitness and rock music.

Julie’s dedication and determination to provide excellent service to her landlords and tenants saw

her build her own successful lettings business Micawber lettings. In 2020 Julie merged her business with Bacon and Company which has seen our lettings department grow from strength to strength. Julie takes care of the day-to-day management of the business and strives to offer a friendly and personable service to all her clients. She holds the NFOPP Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management, and regularly attends professional training workshops to ensure the business is fully up to date with current legislation and industry best practice. Once a secondary school languages teacher, Julie is fluent in French and Italian, making her a fantastic contact for properties in France or Italy. As a former tenant, current homesowner and private landlord herself, she has a comprehensive understanding of her clients’ needs from every perspective, always endeavouring to go the extra mile. In her spare time, Julie enjoys netball, running, fashion and watching her son and daughter play in their local junior football teams. She is also the owner of five (escape artist) pet ferrets!

Chris joined the Bacon and Company team in 2015. Having begun his career as a junior negotiator, Chris’ hard work,

knowledge and commitment have resulted in several promotions within the company. The most recent in 2022, when Chris was promoted to the role of Branch Manager. Chris has impressed clients over the years with his confidence, attentiveness and high customer service standards. Away from the office, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife Isla, friends and family.

Harry started in the industry in the summer of 2019 as a letting apprentice working in both

Worthing and Lancing areas, his hard work lead to his promotion to a letting negotiator.In 2022 Harry decided to move his skills into the sales side of the business and is now working as a sales negotiator in our Worthing office. Harry also has previous experience of working in a customer service role since 2018 after leaving college. In his spare time Harry enjoys playing and watching cricket and football and has a season ticket at Brighton and Hove Albion hes travel to as many away games as he can.

Having previously sold four properties and purchased three through Bacon and Company, Jenny

felt she knew the company well before joining the team in 2013. Now, after working successfully for our Broadwater and Goring offices, she has joined the Worthing town centre branch. Jenny enjoyed renovating all her properties and has gained valuable knowledge in the process over the past 20 years, which customers find helpful. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the theatre, gardening, swimming and spending time with my Grand twins

Michael joined Bacon and Company in 2003 and is the Branch Manager of our Goring office. Having also worked

previously in our Lancing and Worthing town centre offices he has a vast knowledge of the local areas. Michael is also the company photographer and a qualified domestic energy assessor accredited to Elmhurst Energy. In 2012 Michael completed the NFOPP Level 3 qualification in the sale of residential property and is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents. In his spare time, he enjoys watching football, cooking and spending time with his wife and children.

Natasha joined the Bacon & Co team in 2006, she has always had a keen interest in property and interior design.

Natasha has worked in Broadwater, Goring and our town office and has extensive knowledge of the local area. Natasha loves spending time with her partner and three children.

Sophie joined the Bacon and Company team in 2021 as our marketing assistant during her studying of photography

and media studies at Worthing college, before taking on a Negotiator role within the Goring office. Growing up in Worthing means that Sophie has a great knowledge of the local area and is extending her knowledge of the business as she is currently studying for her level 3 certificate for estate and letting agents. Away from the office you will often find Sophie in the kitchen enjoying her time baking for her friends and family.

Josh enjoys making relationships with new people and helping them find their new home. Josh has a massive passion for motorbikes so when he is not working and depending on the weather, he loves to go out for a ride with his dad. He also has a big passion for the gym.

Jake began working within the industry in 2013 having previously worked for another local independent estate agent. Jake has extensive knowledge of the area including Worthing, Lancing & Shoreham. Having lived in West Sussex since he was 3 years old, Jake has a great love for where he lives.

Jake prides himself on having built long lasting relationships with his clients over the years and enjoys helping people move in every aspect.

Outside of work Jake enjoys spending time with his family & friends, playing and watching football and also enjoys video games.

Being employed part-time also gives Natalie quality time to be a home-maker/mother, and she enjoys watching her sons play football, spending time with her grandchildren and socialising with her family and friends.

Jessy joined our team in 2014 as our apprentice 'with a difference'. We were very lucky to find her.

Jessy’s life experience combined with her long background in retail makes her an excellent communicator, vital when it comes to maintaining good relationships with landlords, tenants and the tradespeople that we use on a daily basis. It was no surprise to us that Jessy sailed through her apprenticeship and has gone on to play a key role in the company over recent years and is now ‘Lettings Manager’. Highly motivated and always reliable, Jessy has built up extensive knowledge of the lettings business, supporting clients from the very first enquiry to the signing of a tenancy agreement. After a busy day at the office, she likes to wind down with a colouring-in book or a blast of Take That!

With over 25 years working in the financial services industry in various customer service, project and relationship

management roles, Leanne brings a wealth of knowledge to our business. Joining us in 2020 after 6 years of running her own boutique gift shop here in Worthing, where she used her previous expertise to run all aspects of the business. She is already a huge asset to us. As Property Maintenance Co-ordinator Leanne is responsible for liaising with landlords, tenants and tradespeople to ensure our properties are always kept in good order and that any maintenance or repair issues are resolved speedily and cost-efficiently. Away from the office, Leanne enjoys watching Spurs with friends and family and is very much involved in youth football. She enjoys fitness and walking her dog Jackson

Vicki Ades

Vicki joined the lettings team in 2018 and has 18 years’ experience of working within the property industry.

Initially based in Brighton & Hove she started her career in Property Development and branching out into Block Management and Lettings. After starting a family, Vicki decided to work closer to home. Vicki works along-side Becky, managing our block lettings, as well as our houses of multiple occupancy (HMOs) dealing with all aspects of property management and administration. Away from the office, Vicki is a proud Mum of 3 children. In between work and being Mum, Vicki enjoys socialising and enjoys nothing more than a nice meal out with friends.

Lily joined the team in 2023. She previously worked in digital marketing where she completed a 2 year apprenticeship, working for a well-established, local building merchant.

Lily has always been interested in property and is eager to move her career forwards, which is why she has chosen to now work in this field. Lily has been riding horses for 10 years and as well as once having owned her own horse, she still rides other horses on loan. Having lived by the beach all her life, she enjoys socialising over a bite to eat and glass of wine, with friends and family.

Anya joined our lettings team in 2022, she lives in Worthing and attended school and college locally.

Anya has already spent 2 years working in the industry, building up her lettings knowledge, carrying out viewings, property visits, liaising with landlords and tenants alike. In her spare time Anya enjoys spending time with her cousin and friends and can often be seen roller-booting along the promenade.

Pam joined the Bacon and Company team in 2020 and has worked in our sales and lettings team.

Pam prides herself on a high level of customer service, enjoys dealing with day to day duties which often involves face to face appointments and loves working in a team environment meaning that her role of Maintenance Co-ordinator is well suited. Pam has lived and worked locally her whole life and gets great enjoyment in traveling abroad for holidays.
